A Talk by Dr Putra Antara of Ubud Health Care

Ubud Health Care (aka Ubud Care) invited a number of Ubud'ians to a presentation given by their cardiologist Dr. Putra Antara on Coronary Artery Disease (CAD). This was held the afternoon of Dec 15, 2019 at Villa Madu in Br Kutuh Kelod. Below are links to the slides he presented and discussed, both as a PDF file and as a Power Point presentation. Soon Cat Wheeler will be publishing an article presenting some of the major points of that presentation -- I'll put up a link to that when it is available.

This was a very well done and worthwhile presentation with the objective of giving us practical information concerning CAD, such as recognizing whether chest pains are likely to be heart-related, and if so, possibly a heart attach (MCI) or Angina; as well as how to react if such happens. It was very informative and all of us believe that such information should be more widely known, especially by those known to be at risk of CAD.
