One of our (Dave & Pong's) staff has two floors of a brand new house available to rent. The house is in a quiet area away from street noise, just off Jl Suweta about ~2km north of Ubud in Br. Sakti. Each floor is available separately, monthly or yearly. Each has one bedroom with AC, shower, hot & cold water, large main room, kitchen, refrigerator, a large, private verandah with view and Wi-Fi. One is available immediately and the other in August. Electricity is included but not gas & drinking water. Asking 10 million/mth with 5% discount for yearly.
