Looking for a home... Ubud

We're a couple with 2 dogs and a cat looking for a new long term home in or around the Ubud area. Lovely view, a decent size garden and car access are important. Ideally we'd like a long term lease on joglo/limasan but would also consider leasing land and building if it's in a wonderful location. We would also be interested in monthly rental from May if we are still looking!
